Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using 7DEA properties, creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use 7DEA for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account and billing information.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding access to your email and authentication factors used to sign in.

Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use the service for lawful business and compliance workflows. You may not use the service for illegal activity, abusive scraping, unauthorized access attempts, or interference with service operations.

Service Scope and Current Capabilities

7DEA provides AI-assisted governance analysis, structured review records, lens-based workflows, exports, and other capabilities identified in the applicable plan or written order form. The live billing page and checkout disclosure control pricing and renewal terms. For Subscriber API access, the authenticated GET /capabilities response controls the scopes, lenses, and tools currently authorized for a particular key.

A public catalog, OpenAPI operation, documentation example, roadmap, preview, or status-tracked feature does not by itself grant access. Durable jobs and signed webhooks are controlled-preview capabilities and are not currently included in self-serve Pilot or Growth subscriptions. Enterprise capabilities require the applicable written order form and activation.

AI Outputs and User Responsibility

Outputs may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. They are decision-support materials, not legal advice, compliance certification, professional assurance, or a substitute for qualified human judgment. “Human-accountable” means that the subscriber must independently review and verify an output before relying on it. It does not mean that AIMQWEST personnel reviewed every platform-generated output. Human review by AIMQWEST is provided only when expressly included in a separately scoped service or written order form.

You remain responsible for input quality, independent verification, final decisions, approvals, legal and regulatory conclusions, and implementation outcomes.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights in content and materials you submit. AIMQWEST retains rights in the 7DEA platform, service software, and associated intellectual property.

Plans and Fees

Current pricing, billing cycle, included deliverables, and plan terms are disclosed before checkout at app.7dea.ai/billing. Recurring card subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until canceled. Monthly prepaid cryptocurrency access does not automatically renew unless the checkout disclosure expressly says otherwise.

You authorize the charges disclosed at checkout, including applicable recurring charges and taxes. You may manage or cancel a recurring subscription through the product's billing-management flow. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the billing surface or applicable order form states otherwise.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a written order form, paid fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. If the service materially fails to provide a purchased capability, contact contact@7dea.ai promptly so AIMQWEST can investigate and provide an appropriate correction, service credit, or refund where legally required or otherwise approved.

Trials

A trial may require sign-in and payment-method verification. The trial disclosure identifies its duration, limitations, expected conversion plan, and charge that may begin when the trial ends. Cancel before the displayed deadline to avoid conversion and future charges. Trial eligibility and limits may be enforced by account, organization, payment method, or device safeguards.

Availability, Changes, and Support

Self-serve plans do not include a guaranteed service level or uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, capacity controls, security events, third-party provider failures, and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access. Any Enterprise service level applies only when stated in a signed order form.

AIMQWEST may make compatible updates, retire previews, or modify future plan packaging. AIMQWEST will not knowingly represent an unavailable capability as included in a current paid plan. When reasonably practical, materially adverse changes to an active paid plan will be communicated before the next renewal, and non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.

Free Samples and Audiobook Materials

Free sample PDFs and audiobook materials are provided so prospective customers can evaluate the tone, structure, and seriousness of 7DEA work. They are for personal or internal evaluation only and may not be resold, relicensed, or presented as your own work product.

Access to the PDF and PowerPoint library requires a syntactically valid email address and affirmative consent. This capture does not verify mailbox ownership. AIMQWEST may use captured lead records for internal follow-up and Hermes-operated outreach in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Sample materials are illustrative and time-bound. They do not allege wrongdoing, do not constitute legal advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for current counsel, due diligence, or a scoped engagement.

Disclaimers and Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or guaranteed legal, regulatory, commercial, or governance outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, AIMQWEST is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. To the extent permitted by law, AIMQWEST's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to AIMQWEST for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law, Changes, and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. AIMQWEST may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, AIMQWEST will provide reasonable notice when required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where affirmative consent is legally required.
