Security Principles

Vulnerability Reporting

Report potential vulnerabilities to contact@7dea.ai with subject line “SECURITY”.

Include reproduction steps, expected impact, and screenshots or logs when possible.

We aim to acknowledge reports within 3 business days.

Data Handling

• We do not request passwords or one-time passcodes by email.
• We treat customer-submitted deliverables as confidential business materials.

No Absolute Guarantee

Security is a risk-reduction process, not an absolute guarantee. No internet-connected system can be perfectly secure at all times.
